Middle Division
We recognize that the years between elementary and high school are some of the most formative years of a student’s life. These students are truly in the “middle,” which can be challenging for students and parents alike and difficult for public or private middle schools in Tampa, FL to properly address.

Our Middle Division teachers have a passion for working with students in transition. The focus is on the uniqueness of your child. We do this while recognizing that easing transition during these years translates to your child's confidence and success both in and out of the classroom.
6th Grade
- Core subjects include:
- Language Arts
- Mathematics
- Social Studies
- Science
- Bible
- We build upon the foundation established in lower division, and work to encourage a deeper sense of autonomy in these students.
- We provide students with their own device to allow them to use technology to enhance their learning.
- Electives include daily Physical Education/Health class, Spanish, Visual Arts, and Performing Arts.
- Project-based learning and STEAM principles are incorporated into our middle school academics to allow students opportunities to see the correlations between all subjects.
7th and 8th Grades
- Core subjects include:
- Language Arts
- Mathematics
- Social Studies (Civics/American Government)
- Science (Life/Physical)
- Bible
- Student autonomy increases as they move between classes on a seven-period bell schedule.
- 8th grade students may receive credit for up to FOUR high school classes in order to prepare for advanced rigor and freedom of advanced electives in upper division.
- Electives include Physical Education/Health class, Spanish, Visual Arts, and Performing Arts.
- Project-based learning and STEAM principles are incorporated into academic studies to allow students opportunities to see the correlations among all subjects.

Middle School hours: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Supervised before and after school care is available for Middle Division students from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm.
Middle Division Coordinator
